Now you're the sort of person I want to know. I LOVE property and you're the sort of person who's going to know a thing or two.

One thing I've been wondering about and maybe you've looked at it.

With the spending patterns of the Baby boomers and the likelihood that a lot of them will reach retirement with little other than the family home and maybe some super do you think there will be a significant number who will sell the home in favour of renting? Will they use this as a means of maintaining a lifestyle to which they've grown accustomed?

I've pondered this one and I think this may have some effect in about 10-15 years.
