Hi stevo, we have enough cash for the medium term. We could do a limited buyback now and reduce shares on issue and do a rights issue later at a higher price. Have a look at how CDU did this quite successfully. Twice I think.

It stops the games and reduces the shares on issue. The cost of another rights issue would be well and truly covered by profit from buyback.

I would also think about slowing down new exploration till our current assets are sold down. I see little upside. Peru won't match Brazil and carnavaron won't match Poseidon. Well the odds are very low.
