Once BDG has lodged their Environmental impact assessment, the local government first have to approve it. Then it is put to the local community where they have a certain amount of time to raise any of their issues. If there are any issues, BDG has to rectify them. Once they are rectified they get their Environmental permit. Does that sound right?
