Chk still hasn't formally secured the 80%. And the current exploration permit is held by Olympic Domain. Theoretically CHK should be in the hot seat but until they haven't paid the 1.5m and done the agreed work they got nothing. And that is the problem CHK has to solve ASAP, pay the money way before 2021 to wipe away all doubts. West star owns 25% of Olympic Domain and they want the farm in agreement either renegotiated or terminated. CHK has to act immediately, let's hope for another TH tomorrow announcing a CR. Otherwise some OD / West star lawyers will find something to take it away from CHK. We' ve seen it before, friendship ends when money gets involved.
