Below is a substantial notice holder for AGY,on 28 April 2016 before the huge AGY run on lithium, there he added 2 million shares at 1.7cents for a total of 27million. Mr Proska has an amazing eye for Lithium Cobalt plays and is extremely successful as the link below suggests.
There is a reason Peter just came on the CHK registry as a number 1 options holder fro CHK. Time will reveal all. I believe it is all about dot joining and following the smart money.
