sure the political issue adds a dimension to the equation but by now the smarties should have decided there is/isnt likely to be a problem after end of Oct
maybe as with such things its the glorious uncertainty of it all- could be worse of course- Bosnia has just "celebrated" 12 months with out national govt (I gave up trying to help that mob) and Belgium has been without govt for more than 18 months.
Anyway its only money and the end of oct aint far away by which time we will be older and wiser inevitably and either richer or poorer
