The people that would be privy to such information would definitely be holding a lot more than what has been traded over the past few sessions. I think the reason behind the selling would just be that in this current economical climate people are liking cash more and more and who can blame them. A bit of patience is required here and self control as nothing has changed as there has not been an announcement. Directors don't top up just to impress the market.
