its cheap for a reason. management are hopeless. they announced 518k ounces 2 years ago and in all that time have managed to achieve almost zero until this latest MOU.
the only company i have ever had an interest in who do a drilling campaign and seemingly lose the cores, offer shareholders no explanation and try to carry on as if its business as usual.
the history over the past couple years is disgraceful imho, hence the apparently value discount.
