Good observations. Stale blood replaced by Balkan blood with attached degree of hunger for bigger, better things. Only problem is that after the cap raising and paying DAF out they will have, again, no $ left. Last time I checked, more often then not, "project acquisitions" require that the acquirer brings something to the table. Generally cash.
