Agree with you. The comment i was making is more about the number of the shares that had been sold was substantial.

The discount is understandable.

My line of thinking is that the 4M units if purchased by a large number of different parties will create a more tradable supply of shares then if it stays with only one institutional investor. With one investor I would think the shares would be less likely to be sold again quickly.

So i think the number of parties that now own the 4M shares and who they are could effect the supply. An increased supply in the short term may stop any large price moves up for DSK.

Over the mid to longer term the fundamentals of the business are all that matters.
