Hi All,
I was doing some work on Dusk on the weekend trying to workout what the realistic forward PE currently would be.
Based on a continuation of 50% increase in sales that was seen in Jan (which I know is a big risk, however with no stores closures I think it’s very possible.) and assuming the same NPAT conversion rate from total sales I got to NPAT for the year of $33.4mand EPS of 52 cents.
Which by my calculations would be trading on forward PE currently of 5.5.
Interested to hear everyone else’s thoughts on where NPAT will finish and in turn what the forward PE currently is?
Also what is fair PE for it to trade on? I would think at least 15-20
