Management is committed to paying out 40-50% of NPAT, which means the yield will be minimum 8%FF for some time yet.
Looks oversold of late considering strong balance sheet, strong management and solid growth.
Suspect people starting to worry about the residential property sector, and even if it does really soften, as expected, hard to see anything under 65c not a bargain.
