Cheapest new term gold producer on ASX (Former EAR CEO)

Here is why and i have seen this all before....


Horizon Gold Limited (ASX Code: HRN) (Horizon or the Company) is focussed on exploration and
development activities at the 100% owned Gum Creek Project in Western Australia (Figure 1). Gum
Creek has historically produced over one million ounces of gold and hosts JORC 2012 Resources of
15.9 million tonnes averaging 2.7g/t gold for 1.39 million ounces of gold (refer to Appendix 1 and
the Company’s 2019 Mineral Resources Statement announced on 12 July 2019). The proceeds from
the IPO in December 2016 are being used to fund exploration programs and development studies at
Gum Creek


So the current CEO is Victor Rajasooriar - this is the same guy who ran EAR whilst NST creeped up the register and bought them out...

Ok so EAR had 1.8 mill oz at 2.4 GPT and HRN have 1.4 at 2.7 GPT.

EAR were 120 mill pre bid and got taken over at around 250 million

HRN are 18 mill market cap, if they had even HALF the pre bid valuation EAR received pre take over big they would 75c, if they got valued at the same as EAR then we are $2.5.

Obviously some dilution coming due to cash being around 400k... but the infrastructure, tight share register and EAR CEO makes me think that there is definitely something happening here..

Oh, and the gold price is above $2500 ($300 higher than when Victor delivered EAR to NST).
