    Is this the cheapest stock on the ASX?

    Price to Book is almost valued like the punters believe this is a fraudulent company (Google screener showing 0.09 P/B today) with $175,000,000 on balance sheet (Yahoo Finance)

    If this thing can find a catalyst such as a dividend or corporate action by holder SNC a lot of wealth could be created very quickly... Perceived negatives are China based operations, capital controls, liquidity, tightly held...

    Assuming everything is legal:

    Downside - May continue trading around the same levels even if it keeps reporting profits and increasing assets
    Upside - Unlimited
