As the price of gold increases, the profit margin increases. Thats why you will see a point where more spec gold stocks will start to rise drasticaly...
more of these jorc inferred stocks will be able to cost effecivly mine and become profitable.
Some mines at the moment with low g/t may not be economical to run, however as the pog rises these become profitable to mine... simple
If gold reached $5,000 per ounce like some are predicting, most mines would not only become economical but fat cash cows with HUGE incomes...,.
