    I agree this is a stock with great fundamentals.

    I would rather have a "property play" via a fully funded and liquid investment, than buy a real property with tenancy hassles and a 2-4% return, etc. (I used to track Challenger until KP started reorganising).

    The big money is being made in property by investors who are large enough to buy well.

    Where is the downside?
