You need to know where the oasis is. So for the sector, and others. Start where you know there is both fertile ground with proven drills, and a market that is not yet aware of it.

And never touch the green fields juniors who have nothing but fantasy to sell you.
And be aware of capital movements, such as CRs supply to time your entry.
I saw this on day 1 of the acquisition, but held off until it reached within a cent or so of the CR level to begin hedging my entry. We still have some of that supply pending, but we also have a market that is yet to discover the brilliance here. They are two opposite forces. A massive discovery (new buyers) equation. And a supply equation.
