Recently, I have been thinking what's the cheapest way to get debt and invest using those debt to maximise return. But the lowest rate I could find is from Westpac which is 12 months prepaid interest of 4.7%.
I want to post on HC is because I believe there are intelligent investors here that could give me some insights about how they are able to acquire debt with the lowest interest rate.
