The deal increases our valuation by around 100% to at least 75 cps. Positive results from the Phase IIB trial are expect anytime from mid-February, and this would increase our valuation further to around 150 cps, as the probability of the drug reaching the market nearly doubles. These new valuations are a little crude as they do not take into account the new royalty regime, but it is clear that I maintain a BUY recommendation.
