yes i know where the ban is...i was talking in very general terms as there are hundreds others all over the place....i am not to keen on cos in foreign places either...Africa is very unsteady politically in most countries...all those kidnappings of foreign workers and sabbotage of oil pipes etc...horror stories every time u read the paper...maybe mining is diff to oil exploration over there?..more steady?...
