Still we have to wait and see whether Henderson discloses who it is? If its not disclosed how can anyone do anything about it. It might be a new case or it might be just a regurgitation of BS case of 30 years ago which the whole of Australia already knew about because it was in the media and as I recall the then Opposition Leader made a public statement to the media in more recent years. Police had concluded their investigations on that case some years ago.. If its someone different, then Albanese will need to decide what to do with the frontbencher but if its the former Opposition leader then nothing he can do as the matter has previously been dealt with. Of course the alleged victim can continue to pursue the issue with the relative Police Dept if they are unhappy with the original police investigation.
Of course none of this negates the current issues faced by PM Morrison who has to deal with the questions in respect to both the rape allegations, against the staffer in a liberal Ministers Office and the rape allegation against a sitting member of his Cabinet.
