    Charts have something to do with price rises, but i bought on anticipation of itc increasing their oil reserves and also increasing their oil production.
    If both of these are achieved, which i and other posters on h.c. are confident they will, i would expect a big fish to swallow itc as if it is a whitebait.
    Time will tell.
