I've been watching MDT with bemused curiousity.

I'm not a holder here so don't shoot me down for having something to say....

Yes, it traded at around 12 cents for ages and ages. THen it goes to 6 cent and then MDT does a CNP on you and issues 15% for 9 million bucks when really if it was "fair" you should have either got about 18 million for 15% (at 12 cents) or 9 million bucks for 7.5%.

This deal will save your company but the deal stinks. You don't even know if shoritng and CFD's were used to push MDT down intentionally.
