    Until we know the full details of the recap proposal it is difficult to comment on just how good or bad the deal is for shareholders..
    However, on the surface, this deal is disappointing.

    An outright sale of the trust would be a better option.

    Galileo and Forum partners should still be in the wings, let's see if they can deliver a better result for unitholders.
