yes, agreed with Dick2008. The issue price to EPN is also of concern to me, as the NTA is alot higher, but basically, they're willing to go in and underwrite the recapitalisation exercise, and probably demand their pound of flesh and take advantage of the situation. I know I would.
It won't surprise me if they end up significantly higher than their 15+% holding after the recapitalisation exercise.
