thats crap. This stock traded steady at 12c all year and only this low due to the problems with refinacing and lack of distrobution which was related to the finacing anyways. It took a sudden drop to 6.4 and even then was being pushed up before it closed.
Where's 9Million going to get us ? for 15% increase in shares!
If the 200million dollar placement goes ahead thats a near 1/4 dilution at current SP.
which would be lucky to give us an 8c NTA on current holdings.
