Don't forget to add 200mil. I think we would be looking at 14Cents NTA after recap.and post dilution. But the most important thing is company will survive. As US recovers (may be in 1 or 2 years), NTA will go up and stock will trade closer to NTA. You don't get 200-300% return in 2 years if you have bought around 7 cents.
