Reality check! This was a company with a fantastic product being sent to the wall by a poor execution strategy. Hunter Hall obviously reckon that is the case and have invested heavily. These guys arent in it for the fun of it they are trying to make a lot of money. The new management appears to have the confidence of the banks which is a big issue. Remember, it was only recently that the market couldnt be sure tha CDR would be able to meet its immediate financial commitments but the banks have provided a new lifeline probably based on the new strategy. CDR is IMO is clearly better off now with its new lifeline and hopefully will gradually build its prospects and fulfill its substantial potential. Its all up to the management. Whether it succeeds or fails rests with them.
