I think DW has kept WL under wraps for a good reason.
Maybe, he will use it to entice someone like CNOOC to come on board SC54/Area1 and get a piece of the action in WL.
Maybe, if PNOC can score a rig...they too could take a slice of something in WL.
Anyway, the winner here is Nido...nothing to lose and everything to gain.
