    Hi systems

    The cap at 2.53 is an unusually large amount of shares for BTA normal trading. It could be designed to make people sell at a lower price(fear of price going lower) and provide and opportunity for the capper to build a position, then remove the cap and watch the price go back up. This could be happening to BTA today. No normal seller wants to scare the market by showing there hand a few cents above the market price when you are trying to offload $5mil of shares.
