Im all for higher yields!

They still have their property development pipeline - some of which has already been realised but not booked - whether it comes to me via increase in distribution or increase in NTA its all good - at this lvl though Im committing in capital to get a good yield- the higher the yield the better it is for me - on my avg of close enough to 1.50, 30c is a 20% yield - thats wow - or doubling money every 3.6 years - add cap growth to that and its a serious winner. Ill accept no capital growth and 20% sustainable distribution. Best investment in town I reckon if that can be achieved.
