I'm not sure a 1.45 million seller order would constitue a capper.
Make it a 5 million and it might be.
Probably a genuine seller looking to get out fearing the worst, and given the global situation, may be a smart move.
I dumped a few on Friday and haven't bought them back.
It may not be a high volume drop, but there are no real buyers around here atm.
