    its was aimed at extracting capital from the younger generations.

    they felt they needed a top up....cos life expectancy has improved and they were worried that their assets would be wittled down.

    all good now...average geriatric net wealth has increased by 10% whereas everyone else has gargantuan debt to pay off by 2167.

    95 yo nana can now live in comfort for another 12 months
