    I've always found it interesting how much any generation perceives their success is completely based on themselves. It is a combination of yourself, and your environment. To say anything else is egocentric to the extreme.

    And the simple fact remains that the environment has helped increase prosperity the most over the last forty years since probably the 1880's and this is now starting to change.

    The clearest evidence of this is simply to look at the sole traders looking to enter and exit the business market. I'll give you a small hint. One group is tiny and shrinking, one group is huge and growing.

    Makes you wonder who actually needs who at the zoo.

    Agree with boomers and property. In a population growth market property is easy money. Its dead money in the opposite market.
