When asked how close it is to commercialisation (at 20:55) the answer is they are just waiting for TowerJazz to finish 'stabilising and qualifying the process'.
To me this answer implies that they are more advanced than they have been letting on and that they must have produced enough chips with enough working pixels to have been able to fully test and confirm a working device.
