I see it a bit differently - those comments align pretty well with the last few slides of the AGM presentation, just a little more detail. Also, they haven't "fully" tested the device as we know about prober crash which prevented them from acquiring measurements from acoustic testing. It's conceivable that despite the device operating as it should from a movement perspective that certain dimensions of device's components result in inadequate sound quality. This may mean a tweak is required to those dimensions. Having said that, apparently it was looking good before the crash so it's also possible that no further alterations to the design are required, just improvements to the manufacturing processes to improve yields, and we know what that means to AKP's customers.
