The presentation to PSR was on 16 May and the announcement to the ASX about the probe crash was on 24 May, Yuval didn't mention that there any issues left to be resolved with the chip. He and Fred were both reluctant to say they chip is finished because they don't know how long it will take TJ to be ready to start the production run.
There is obviously a huge amount of detail that doesn't get reported to the shareholders. For example, did they get audio characterisation data for any chips before the probe crash or did it fail on the first chip?
