I have done well out of BTA in recent months after coming back to it immediately pre-Christmas at 96.5 cents when the first signs of a bad flu season in the UK emerged (see my post from that time).

I am now out of the stock again, and today's briefing confirmed that decision as one that fits my investment parameters.

Cook's response to the LANI question is key. He is now saying, pretty unambiguously, that he can't get Big Pharma interest in the product without govt agency support to fund trials.

I just can't tell what the probability of that govt support is. Better placed people on this forum might think that BARDA funding is a near-certainty, but I don't have the domain knowledge to know if this is really the case.
