Yeah, thanks Daag. And I am surprised it has taken this long for anyone to notice CXE's price movement. Perhaps a good chance CXE is finally moving from near total obscurity.
If so, my well-kept secret which has allowed me to quietly accumlate a very sizeable LT holding over the past 6-9 months will no longer work. And to think I thought I was almost the only one anticipating CXE will likely become an eventual dividend paying company. After all, they are now profitable and have the substantial property development in Tassie that was announced nearly a year ago. Or perhaps the new CXE market interest has been from its recent rollout of announcements.
