I don't think this is a P&D, late 2006 was a P&D ;-). I think its a combination of show of support from a MD (not ours), slow trickle of positive news, impending results from the Ukraine and CR and us having hit the bottom.
Remember, this is a tightly held stock with only 50m+ on offer. And not many of these are in play.
