Probably a good move jbmurc, I'm still of the opinion that the options expiring out of the money will be a positive for ARD in the longer term. Less dilution if the SP rises and ARD can raise capital in smaller amounts on an ongoing basis as needed.
Also if options are kept out of the money it means it's less likely options holders will convert to full shares for the USN placement (e.g. leaving max possible USN shares to split between ARD holders).
That said Silver is looking bullish at the moment. Who know what might happen given the shortages in retail Silver we are seeing, maybe more investors will start moving to the stocks as a proxy to the Silver price.
