Just had a look at the 2013 report. Im no expert reading these and certainly not an accountant but they seemed to have raised a lot of money.
They also had some very nice pay increases. For doing what exactly?
I liked this bit of the report about Audit, risk and remuneration.
I also liked the bit about 90% of yes votes for their reports. Thats because they just used proxies to push through whatever they wanted. I saw that first hand.
