chris, re: timing of the dispute, just because they could have raised a dispute some time ago doesn't mean they would have. They weren't interested in looking for U in their licence, but when there is news of strong radiometrics they've obviously gone back and checked all the paperwork to see if there's any way they can get their fingers into the honeypot.
They think they've found a way, so we'll just have to wait and see their reasoning.
