Tibbs - in reference to Savanna's mining application you are absolutely correct that it would be situated on the Rossinburg Dome (highlighted in pink on your picture). And based on the green area as per BMN's latest release for Savanna's application there appears to be very little overlap onto Rossinburg 13, or the potential extension to Rio's land, if any.
The other radiometric anamolies ie. Ombuga, Ombepo, Oshieveli & Onkelo, and our favourite Anomoly 'A' are completely safe.
Even if Savanna won their their right for nuclear fuels on their application, and as rightly pointed seems a very opportunistic grab, I can't see BMN losing very little value from what is known today.
This seems to blown well out of proportion. Just my thoughts.
