Thanks for your well wishes. No she is no longer on the trial, I think normally once they see progression they decide that you shouldn't continue (although that didnt seem to happen with the Bile Duct Cancer patient who had a CR thankfully!!). Believe it or not she is now on Enhertu, the same drug mentioned in your checkvacc study posted above so who knows...........maybe in a little while we will see a similar result? Heres hoping.

As Reon said they haven't released any Breast cancer results yet but maybe we'll see some good results down the line in that indication. I think its fair to say there is absolutely no doubt now that CF33 is having some good effects and of course it still has a way to run. There's not only higher doses to come but it will also branch out into combinations, with Keytruda but also CD19 targeted therapies that hopefully increase its effectiveness.
