Your question regarding CHECKvacc was brought to my attention.

CHECKvacc: Recent published data (cohort 1, a patient was IT dosed CHECKvacc followed by enHERtu then was a CR), we are delighted that we have activity in the CF33 program that adds data and support for the MAST (CF33+hNIS: Vaxinia) program.

We think the MAST program as the recent data update has shown is more advanced and could lead to a faster data read out and registrational path. CHECKvacc competes with patients on Vaxinia, the MAST study for the triple negative breast cancer patients.

Vaxinia has an advantage of being at a higher dose and showing activity in mono therapy. We still own CHECKVacc, just not funding the trial. Prof. Yuman Fong and CoH will continue to develop this via other financial avenues.

We will continue to benefit from the data without the funding and resource drain.

Which pretty much answers my questions. Due to the limited scope of the Checkvacc study and the slower progression, Vaxinia has accelerated far ahead of it in terms of dose levels and enrolment.

It sound like they intend to enrol TNBC patients into the MAST trial too, instead of running the separate Dominica study. Reading between the lines, this may mean that they are already seeing good results in the MAST study for breast cancer - and maybe even TNBC. We will have to wait to find that out.

This is about finding the latest pathway to registration - and it's hard to argue with that. Meanwhile, CoH will continue with development of Checkvacc anyway.

I note that Prof Fong's case study paper is now up on the IMU website under Publications.
