Because it's not their trial. They may own the rights to it but as far as I'm concerned the data here was muddled.That particular patient received a treatment outside of the trial parameters which makes the data null and void REGARDLESS of the complete response.
It's likely CheckVacc was the reason for it but unfortunately because "science"... We won't know. You can't go to the FDA and say "we had a complete response but they received a different treatment to the other patients in the trial"...
Onwards and upwards, may as well forget about this one unfortunately.
