Did find Arena AREIT though - looks interesting.
- Invests in childcare centres - leases them out, doesn't own like GEM, they are looking to diversity portfolio with healthcare and education buildings. I popped it on my watchlist; looks initially OK to me - low debt with lot's of available cash credit to draw on and looking for quality acquisitions.
