Yes agreed MJS there could be tangibles that could be added such as property plant etc.This will further erode the 4 x ebit.Many of the notes I see on this company are forward looking.Many reports are always saying about future broker analysis numbers.Its ok to say they are paying 4 x ebit but according to the figures it looks more like 6 x ebit.Even 20% minimum is trending to paying 5 x ebit.
