Respectfully reiterate that your take on the NSW coking coal asset is misfounded. Do you know how near impossible it is for larger coal companies with much bigger projects to get approvals and funding, LET ALONE actually get a mine built?
FYI current coal price is NOT rising presently - it's actually gone down a LOT just in recent weeks. Regardmess, current coal prices are close to irrelevant - IF this thing was ever built it might take - (who knows?) - another two boom and bust cycles. This thing is miles into the unknown future, and governments are making it harder...
You suggested I do some research... well there's a start above. Not trying to be nasty but I think you are the one who has not done the research. Your optimism is not founded on facts I'm sorry. It would be a good exercise to check out recent greenfield coal developments. If you knew the pain involved with them I suggest you would look at this differently- and that is in RECOGNIZED, ESTABLISHED mining regions!
